- Follow TX-99/Grand Pkwy. to Boudreaux Rd.
- Take the Boudreaux Rd. exit from TX-99/Grand Pkwy.
- Follow Boudreaux Rd. and Shaw Rd. to Telge Lake Trail in Cypress
- You have arrived at Pineywoods Storage
From the University of Houston Downtown – Northwest:
- Take Compaq Center W Dr. to Texas 249 Access Rd./Tomball Pkwy.
- Take TX-249 N and Boudreaux Rd. to Shaw Rd.
- Continue on Shaw Rd. Drive to Telge Lake Trail in Cypress
- You have arrived at Pineywoods Storage
From The Woodlands, TX:
- Head south on Lake Woodlands Dr toward Lake Woodlands Dr
- Keep right at the fork, follow signs for I-45 S and merge onto N Fwy Service Rd
- Use the left lane to take the I-45 S ramp
- Merge onto I-45
- Use the 2nd from the right lane to keep left at the fork and stay on I-45
- Take exit 71A for TX-99 W/Grand Pkwy
- Keep left and merge onto TX-99/Grand Pkwy
- Take the Boudreaux Rd exit
- Use the left 2 lanes to keep left at the fork and follow signs for Texas 99 Frontage Rd
- Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto Boudreaux Rd
- Turn left onto Shaw Rd

I have had no prior issues with this storage location. Just received an email saying that at end of my contract they are going up 49% on my monthly rate. 49% at the end of a 1 year contract. So I guess I am leaving. That is the reason they are getting three stars only. If you find their current rates acceptable then I think you will be happy.
